FACELESS is a feature-length, independently-produced documentary that follows these four young HongKongers navigating the protests. They take to the streets, facing tactical problems with creativity and countering police brutality with commitment and unity. As protests morph into a greater city-wide movement calling for democracy and justice against police brutality, each of them are forced to re-examine their motives, their values and personal relationships.

Jennifer is a first-time director and a journalist who believes that true stories matter. While she loves chasing a good investigative yarn like any journalist, it is people-centred storytelling which truly gets her blood flowing. She reported for the South China Morning Post for over five years before moving into current affairs documentaries mainly for the BBC in London. Jennifer has also been involved in the Migration Collective since 2018, which organises the annual London Migration Film Festival.
