Brent Wilson
With a deep respect for the history and craft of cinema, Brent first emerged at the forefront of the pop music directing and producing videos for NSYNC, Britney Spears and The Backstreet Boys.
Drawing on those formative and freewheeling years, Wilson took his cinematic and earnest styles down a new path; directing, producing and writing documentary feature films.
Leading productions since include the award-winning, WWII documentary, "A Gathering of Heroes: The Last Reunion," concert films for Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Bon Jovi, a long-overdue homage to Doo-Wop music, "Streetlight Harmonies," and multiple short films for climate and humanitarian activists Al Gore and Sean Penn.
Additional credits over the years embrace a wide spectrum of Americana from The Osbournes to President Bill Clinton and from The U.S. Olympic Team to the storied history of the Green Bay Packers.
Perhaps Brent's most personal documentary-to-date is his acclaimed biopic on Brian Wilson, the enigmatic founder of The Beach Boys. "Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road," fully exhibits Brent's belief in always finding the light within a project, bringing forth a distinctive vision, and revealing in each story the universal threads that bind us all.
